Is there any good reason why not to merge fresh-start into master at this point?

I haven't started a new project in a long time on anything but the latest dev release of fresh-start, and there have been many of these projects. Furthermore, I think we generally recommend new users start new projects off of fresh-start dev releases instead of master.

Thoughts?

Once we have at least project parity (not feature parity and projects
we will continue to support) with master we can reset master (we can't
merge because it was reset).
