Brunello library sequences

Hello,

I have the original file with the sgRNA sequences for each sgRNA in the Brunello library from the Sanson et al., Nature Comms, 2018 paper.

However the sgRNA annotations in PinAPL-Py are listed BRUGENxxx. Do you have a txt or excel file that links the BRUGEN number to the sgRNAs in the original Brunello library file?

Hi Dan,

Apologies that no one got back to you on this sooner. I had the same question. I have obtained the original sgRNA file used for PinAPL-Py analysis which contains the BRUGEN numbers for sgRNAs for the Brunello library (see attached). You can open the attached file in Excel.
