Z-score calculation how?

How are the Z-scores calculated by PinAPL-PY?

When downloading my results it includes a Z-score graph but no spreadsheet of these values, and I cannot figure out from the documentation, the formula that is used to calculate these score.

I have tried to recreate it myself but the scores I get are not the same as the ones in the graph.
