The output page hasn't updated in a while

Hi guys,

Is the server still working?

I submitted a run yesterday afternoon and submitted my email as well. But it doesn't seem to have updated for maybe 20 hours since. Could somebody please help me identify what happened. Please do let me know if you need any additional info about the run.

Hi all,

I have the same issue as Chintan. I have uploaded my FastQ files onto the server yesterday but the queue number is still the same. I am wondering whether the server is still updating?
