Issue uploading files

Hello,

I'd like to first thank you for creating this wonderful tool.

I successfully completed a run today sometime in the evening (1/21). I then tried uploading other files and the upload bar is now stuck at 0% for the first fastq, with the rest being "ready". 

Is there server maintenance or something of the sort?
