Dear All,
We have a requirement with GENPACT for 300 odd fresher's from 2009,10 & 11 batches.
 
Below is the Job Description:

• The Candidate should be a Graduate or Undergoing Graduation (BSc, BA, BCom, MA, Diploma Holders, BE, BTech) with Good Technical Knowledge on Windows XP / 7, MS Office 2007 / 2010, IE 6/8, Outlook 2007/2010, Networking Concepts.
• The candidate should have excellent command over English - fluency in spoken English and good written English, customer service skills, high energy levels and meet customer defined levels of Quality in Operations.
• Even undergraduates who are pursuing graduation with correspondence are ok
• Should be open to work in Night shifts
• Exposure to Printer support will be a bonus.

Profiles with 1-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk support will also be considered.

The following would be the selection process:

• Aptitude test
• Ordinate – paragraph reading on phone to check on Communication
• Talk- voice trainers
• Line Manager round – Technical round on networking essentials and Printer troubleshooting
