Provide first-line support to customers for all IT infrastructure
issues relating to the service/area they support. All issues raised by
users are required to be logged into standard fault reporting tools
and managed through to resolution.
Package : 1.8 - 2.7 LPA
Qualifications :
a) Graduates/Diploma in Computer/Electronics Engineering or Graduates with MCM
b) MCSE/MCDST/MOUS certifications
We are looking for Executives having following skills-
-Effective communication skills and good level of interpersonal skills
-Good Communication Skills
-Joining Immediate
-Any added technical knowledge will be an added advantage
