angular gives me the heebie jeebies, the whillickers, the shakes, the feeling of doom. 

it is like a great example of how something can claim to be internally consistent yet nevertheless be insane.

Yes, Angular and HTML meta-languages. Part of why people like React is that it's just JavaScript in HTML. But it has it's downsides - sometimes matching brackets is a nightmare!

day dream: feed all source code of Angular, including lots of real-world hairy-ball apps, into an agent. 

ditto with React. 

ditto with Elm. (that is a little but of a joke since nobody actually writes anything in Elm, har har.)

ditto with all concurrency models in any languages. 

then get them to all argue out WHY IT ALL SUCKS to use for regular humans. and make some concrete suggestions about fixing it, about a paradigm that would suck less. 

because heaven knows us meatforbrains have failed ever over again at it.
