no obvious repo? no obvious history? no obvious last updated timestamp?
racket has too many "close but no cigar HAVE WE LEARNED ANYTHING YET?" teases, "bipolar lisp programmer" style.
eg the TypedRacket business seems to have discovered performance tanks when trying to retroactively slap on typechecking?
