without a good sdk, a language is not overly useful.

how about stealing one?

if a new language is strongly typed, could ee put the c++ stdlib, boost, java sdk, ocaml batteries, and typescript defs all i to an AI blender and have it be able to emit a new stdlib for the new language?

funny that it would be potentially easier some day soon to do that, than to try to get eg CLASP building, and deal with all the dx issues.
