CHARLES NICHOLAS PROSCH

PROSCH, CHARLES NICHOLAS 74, went to be with his Lord and Savior on
Monday, April 25, 2011. He and his wife, Sara Roddy Prosch were
residents of Banner Elk, NC and were active members of Holy Cross
Episcopal Church. Nicholas was born in Birmingham, AL on November 17,
1936. He graduated Auburn University in 1959, served in the Air Force
for 5 years, and retired as a Delta Airlines pilot after 28 years of
service. He is survived by his wife Sara Roddy Prosch; son, Charles
Prosch and family of Houston, TX; son, J. Scott Prosch and family of
Scottsdale, AZ; daughter Amy Prosch Shober and family of Charlotte,
NC; brother, William F. Prosch and family of Birmingham, AL; daughter,
Christina Cox of Chattanooga, TN; son, Sam Cox and family of Monroe,
NC; daughter, Reid Smith and husband of Arlington, VA; and daughter,
Sarah Adams and husband of Decatur, GA. Nicholas was such a wonderful
husband, father and friend. He will be so greatly miss by all. Family
and friends are encouraged to share memories and condolences at

Holy Cross Episcopal Church in Valle Crucis, NC at 10:30 a.m. on
Friday, April 29, 2011.

Charles Nicholas Prosch, 74, went to be with his Lord and Savior on
Monday, April 25, 2011. He and his wife, Sara Roddy Prosch, were

Nicholas was born in Birmingham, AL on November 17, 1936. He
