How to overload new/new[] delete/delete[] operator in Palm OS

Guys:

I am a newer to Palm OS programming, as I find MemPtrnew and
MemHandleNew is used here to malloc heap memory here.
I wonder whether there is mature logic about the new/delete operator
overloading and memory leak detection in Palm.
