Adding a url link to the Apps screen

Hi all,

I'm developing a web application that's intended to be used by Palm
Treo Users. I'd like to add a "shortcut" to the applications screen of
the Palm (between "Calendar", "Memos", "Phone", etc) that when tapped
by the user would open Blazer browser and navigate to a defined url.

Is there a way to accomplish this?
