Thank goodness, Karen Jenkins went back to the church late yesterday afternoon (around 4 on Sunday) and found the coffee pots ON!!!!
We MUST remember to cut these off! If you make the coffee....go back and check that it is off after your event/Sunday school/ etc.

There are Easter Eggs stuffed with "treats" from Oriental Trading but....it just doesn't look like enough eggs now! The AFter school kids stuffed the eggs and are now talking about the hunt! Ms. Marianne formally invited every family today.That would add 12-30 more children if they all come! If you can take home the leftover empty plastic eggs and stuff them Wednesday night, or bring in more stuffed plastic eggs..... it would be appreciated.

*JUST REMEMBER! THESE EGGS ARE HIDDEN AROUND 10:45 AND WILL BE OUTSIDE IN THE GRASS AND SUN FOR OVER 1 HOUR! Chocolate is not advised and candy MUST be wrapped. Loose jelly beans last year resulted in children opening eggs to discover tons of ants!

Anyone seen any homemeade RESURRECTION eggs? They are plastic eggs with items in them that stand for different things in the Holy Week/Easter story. They were in a handpainted paper carton. Our After School students made them last week (12 eggs per carton). One child's carton today to go home only had 4 of her 12 eggs!
