Dear Pilgrims, 

In case you missed the announcements in recent bulletins and the April newsletter here is a formal announcement for Velma’s party on Sunday, April 21st  from 12:30-2:30 at St Louis Children’s  Hospital in the Edison Dining Room. It is a drop-in event to greet Velma and share in light refreshments. Let me know if you would like to carpool from Pilgrim to avoid negotiating parking, finding your way to the Edison Dining Room, etc. (Also able-bodied “shuttle” drivers please let me know if you can help out in this way). 

 Mrs. Velma Hunt requests the honor of your presence at her 96th birthday party and a celebration of her retirement from St Louis Children's Hospital after 63 years of employment!

Mrs. Hunt's church and work families have joined forces to host this event.  Please find attached the invitation.  Please RSVP using the QR code or by sending an email to stephenie...@bjc.org indicating whether or not you will be able to attend.  (Note: this is the correct spelling of Stephenie Whitaker!)

If you are unable to attend, you may send a note of congratulations to her directly at:

I'm happy to offer my car for rides. I can fit at least 3-4 people in my car. 

What time are we all meeting up at Pilgrim?

Beth-
We are all planning to be at worship and leave from there. I think we have enough drivers for the folks who have RSVP’d but I will add your name to the list in case. 

Have you RSVP’d using the QR Code or by   emailing stephenie...@bjc.org? 

Also, add your greetings, stories or photos to the KudoBoard and/or contribute to the gift card within the KudoBoard link.
