I recently came across the latest version of the SimCity Mod APK (September 2025 update), and I’m wondering if it’s actually worth downloading.

They claim to offer unlimited SimCash, unlocked buildings, no build delays, and even an offline mode — but how true is all this?

Has anyone actually tried this version yet?

• Does it really work without crashing?

• Are the premium buildings truly unlocked from the start?

• Is it safe from malware or bans?
