something to check.
After trimming for a high speed run before landing, I was unable to release the trim lever.
Holding a large pull force for roundoutout spoiled the flare and landed hard.
The slot for the trimmer tapered to the front and the lever was essentially wedged.
I have always disliked that spring trimmer which masks the aerodynamic ffeedback,
but the seems to be no easy way to lock it out.
