airbrake lock force

Hi All ,  D and E pilots.

I have been having increased difficulty in un locking the brakes.

I made the suggested adjustment to a vertical rod so that the

brakes unlock sequentially, but I find I need both hands to unlock.

Is there some dimensional change in the mechanism or is it just

muscular weakness increasing?

I recently had the opposite issue on my D; I struggled to lock them once open. My inspector and I adjusted the travel at the rod ends in the airbrake box. It needs very fine adjustment so t took a while to get it correct but is now fine again.
