ignition switch extra wire

On the kill spark side terminal there is a second wire no shown on the

maintenance ma nual  circuit  diagram.  where does it go?

After ignition failure,  a check of the switch showed the spade lug connector

had pulled of the spade.  

Why no spark  as the kill function is an open circuit ?
