20E tach

Tach working normally last Oct;  Airleak found and fixed but

now the tach does not read.

the circuit in the manual does not show any 12 v power to the three

terminal instrument;  Its was bench tested las year,  and I remember

it needed power. 

there is no power on the third lug  (white wire)

where is this sourced?

Instrument fuse is good.

any help appreciated.
