PIK20B release issue

Dear PIK friends,

Recently, I was suffering from release difficulties. The suspected cause is the backrest position change to a more reclined position (out of the two available positions); hence, the backrest could pinch the release cable housing and limit the actual movement. Now I installed the backrest in a more vertical position and added extra washers below the top screws to provide more space behind the backrest. All dry tests were successful (I have not done a negative test with the original setup, as I was alone that time, and the full test needs me to sit in and a second person to pull the test cable connected to the CG hook)

Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or do you happen to have any other idea about the potential cause?
