Unable to run pigx rnaseq pipeline

Hey,

I have been trying to get this pipeline run on my RNA-seq data, but the rnaseq pipeline keeps quitting because of "job execution failed". I can't seem to figure out which step in the pipeline is throwing this error.

I have attached the sample sheet, settings file and the snakemake log file.

Any help is appreciated.
