I have summaried the result
Could u revise it for me ?
[1] the total of each question is not equal.
[2] some answer is not match with Eri result.
[3] Did u ask the age and sex of the person when u make the survey ?
(It is useful for making a graph)

1 person => School  
1 person => Café     
2persons => Parlor   
2 persons=> Shopping
0 => Hospital
1person => Bank      
1person => No idea

Please check the result of this question for me COZ
the result of Eri san has only meeting and frieind.
The result is not match ... so it will make our data analysis bias.

2 How often do you need a break? (total 12 persons)

1 person => less than 5min
1person => 5min～10min
0 => 10min～30min
8persons => more than 30min
1person => 1 hour
1person => no need

3. How do you feel when you use a bench? (total 15 persons)

5 persons=> Happiness
1person => shame
5 persons => relief
2 persons=> other
1person => nothing
1 person => duty to rest her foots

4 Which tool do you like to use for navigation? (total 10 persons)

4 persons => map
1 person => internet
4 persons => ask someone
1 person => other (police box　）

5. How do you feel when you find something same function as such kind of tools around your destination?
(total 10 persons)

8 persons => convenient and happy
0 persons => unfamiliar and hesitant　
2 persons=> unnecessary
0 persons=>  other

6 Do you have any complaint about existing benches? (total 16 persons)

6 persons => too few
1 person => dirty
0 persons => cold
3 persons => should have a roof
1 person => should have handrails
2 persons => height（1 => too low1、1 => too high）　
3 persons => nothing３

Sorry! i found some mistakes of number..

 

2)How often do you need a break? (total 10 persons)

1 person => less than 5min

1person => 5min - 10min
0 => 10min - 30min
8persons => more than 30min (5person => 1 hour, 3person => no need)

3)How do you feel when you use a bench? (total 10 persons)

5persons had plural answers because they think it's too hard to choose only one feeling.

5 persons=> Happiness
1person => shame
5 persons => relief
2 persons=> other
1person => nothing
1 person => duty to rest her foots

6persons had plural answers because of same reason.

6 persons => too few

hey, here's a simple summary of the results provided (you need to refer to the original survey to understand it).

i've had a look through, and i have some comments
1) sample group is possibly biased
       - otsuka-san's group is mainly based on the 20:00 slot while katsuki-san's is from
         1300-1400 time slot. this is because those who are out around 1300-1400 have more
         options e.g. shopping, while 20:00 group has a tendency to be heading home
2) ql and hato were unable to solicit many responses for survey. we need some help to collect some data on monday before we talk on our initial design proposal.
3) survey results not easily comprehensible from online files (due to different formats). please bring along the actual copies of the survey on monday
4) it is desirable to get an equal ratio of male:female since our target group includes both sexes
5) they generally have some destination in mind, hence the focus of Navichair will be more on creating pleasure and relief, while directing them to facilities such as toilets.
6) the general concern is that these chairs lack in numbers and/or are dirty
7) our target group generally welcomes the idea of the navichair
8) they tend to depend on carrying a map, our product presents the chance to eliminate the risk of losing a physical item e.g. a map

In summary, I propose for the following to be done:

1) Spend 30-40 minutes on Monday to get more survey results before proceeding to discuss the Initial Design Proposal
2) Confirm the requirements of the Initial Design Proposal
3) Prepare individually a draft of what you would expect to include in the Initial Design Proposal
4) Meet on Monday to select the ideas for the Initial Design Proposal
5) Decide on contents of presentation and allocate presentation parts
6) Set deadline for draft powerpoint file to be sent to all members

In view of these, could Otsuka-san please upload the requirements for the Initial Design Proposal?

Also, shall we meet as planned at 1.20pm on Monday? Or would there be a need to meet earlier?

I added 2 pages for images in our Powerpoint data.
I think it's better not to show the specific shape of chairs at the moment because I'm afraid strong images about shape might attract their attention too much and we're not expected to show the details of design. So i corrected the resource of design and arranged them according to the context of presentation.

 

Otsuka-san, do you mind if u put this 2 pages to the final version?
