I think plastic material is best to use in our project because user test's chair is similar to it(appearance and feelings to sit on(but maybe a bit harder then user test's material)).

MUNGRAKCHON-san's search result is very good. and I think we should decide which material is best for our project for next presentation(I think plastic material is best). So I researched plastic related chairs.

Plastic material is divided in several cases(plastic, frp, urethan (see above link(sorry it is japanese..)))

Frp costs too high, So I think it's not good to use.

Urethan has several good points for chair material, but I think it is not good to use in shopping town(and maybe not be used..).

So I think plastic material is best to use, but There is some plastic material(PP, PE, PC and so on..) 

and now researching it.

after researching and reviewing, I will post it again.

I made a "Site plot map" showing the possible sites for putting our products. Have a look and give me some comments!

 

Range: North Jiyugaoka. within about 500m from station

 

Destiation: Station.  (What about adding Post office and shrine? Both are important public facilities)

 

Sites: 14 in total (Maybe too much, should narrow the sites)

 

I marked the sites which is probably suitable for putting chairs and can be rest spaces. You can suggest more or cut some!

 

These are going to be not the best positions to show shortest routes but these can provide chance to find unexpected routes. Also it is well related to context of city space of Jiyugaoka. So I think it's being interesting and getting affectiveness, inspiring walking old people to walk around more.

Maybe better to correct actual images of examples rather than deep analyisis of each materials. But anyway good job!!

Thanks for your comment. The numbers don't have meaning at the moment but it may be useful for final PPT to show which image is which site.

Thank you for your quick and almost perfect job!!
At a glance, I think we need to mention the process of our designing.
1. initial idea
2. field study and its refrections
3. initial design
4. usertest and its refrections
5. discussion(mood board, scenario)
Actually, we haven't changed our first idea significantly but rather developed
things incrementary. So we don't have much to mention.
But I believe lack of the process will cause some deduction of points.
This change will affect some of the Senri-san's work, ex. place of survay result etc.

Also, I think the title of this report should be "Final Report"which means
including but not only "final design proposal"

What do you think, senri-san?

If Mina-san agree, can I ask someone to take care of this?
I regret that Kikuta-san can't do this,
Hato-san, can i ask you?

By the way,
The process of the finalizing this report will be followings as 2 and 3 are discussed yesterday;
1. add "process"
2. add data from our work. pictures, drawings data from survay and usertest, so on.
3. refine

I will do 2 (and maybe partially 1) because I won't have time to do this job
until next Tuesday.

So, Mina-san, please work on the second draft I will post by the end of today.

Thanks for sending me data.I looked through design part mainly.

Seems there are some blank pages between images e.g. page 15, 17, 19, 21
so you can just delete them.

In page 34, a image is overlapped on the other.

 

That's it. great work!

After reading Senri-san's draft, i thought about the way of expansion. Finaly, I made 4 parts and appendix. (please see the cover sheet)

1st and 4th parts are left unchanged. (Overview and Toward the next step)

2nd part is Final Proposal. This chapter is almost same as original. I added some figures and "arrangement" section.
3rd part is the process. I added almost all the contents.

i worked hard today, but there are still many things left to be done.  So, I would like Minasan to do the rest of the work.
In this draft, I put some big red arrows on the sections to be written further. If someone fill the arrowed part, please remove them.
Katsuki-san, Could you check the design related parts of chapter 2, 3, and also add drawings to the Appendix which may be contained with design alternatives

Hato-san, Could you put your research result into the appendix and also check the material part of chapter 2 and 3?

Kikuta-san, Could you fill the user test results of Appendix and check the usertesting
part of chapter 2 and 3?

Senri-san, Could you refine my rough English?

kikuta-san again, Could you check and put the right figure numbers both in the scentences and under the figures, please?  

Any corrections, improvement, and reformation are very welcome. I haven't enough time to review my work. So sorry for my rough work.
