Hey all,

Great job so far! I think we are by far the most accomplished group in terms of our progress for the project :)
We have a few more tasks to complete for this report, and let's hang in there to complete it!

The tasks are as follows:
1) Do a pickup i.e. make a trip down to Jiyugaoka and mark out the spots on a map where we can possibly put our product
2) Finalize the design of our product
3) Research on the material to be used for our product

4) Write the report

Of which, Katsuki-san has suggested that he can absorb a heavier workload this week to take charge of 1) and 2), in exchange for a lighter workload for the next phase. I think this is agreeable, and if no one would have any violent objections, this is the following task allocation I would like to propose

Otsuka-san – Prepare the ppt, and start on 4)

Hato-kun, Kikuta-san – Research on the possible materials to be used for our product, keeping in mind a few points

a)      Easy to clean

b)      Comfortable to sit on (relatively soft)

A suggestion is stainless steel as the base, with some padding and a cover over it.

QL – Start on 4)

From now, what we will be aiming to do is to consolidate all the necessary information by this week, followed by writing the actual report next week, and present it in class the week after. This will be our Final Design Proposal.

After obtaining feedback from the presentation, we will then proceed to produce our Final Design which will be submitted by the end of July.

Hence, our last class meeting would be on 13 July!!

Let’s work hard now and have a nice lunch or dinner after the work’s over :)

Hi, Senri-san, Minasan,

I am fine with senri-san's allocation.

for 7/13 ppt, I will put to the ppt file, what I have until 7/12 afternoon,

for 7/24 report, I will put almost all the previous works to the first draft
by, say,.... 7/15.
After that, i may ask someone to fill something missing.
And you all should review it something to add or change,
Senri-san, please refine expressions and Katsuki-san, please
refine design related parts, like we have done so far.

is it Ok?
