Everyone has a story to tell - even teenagers. The What About Me project is simple - 10 area high school students will be chosen to take Filmtech's 8-week video production program free of charge this spring. They'll each create a short documentary film about something compelling about them, their community, their family, etc. In the process they'll learn video production techniques, screenwriting, camera operation, lighting and sound operation, and editing.
Sponsored by Filmtech film school and supported by our Kickstarter campaign, the What About Me project will culminate with a screening of all the films at Filmtech next May.
