Director of Photography Needed for Short Documentary
Xion Entertainment is shooting a short documentary for the
Philadelphia Addy Club on the 17th of May in center city. The shoot
should last for 6 hours.
We are in need of a director of photography that OWNS CAMERA EQUIPMENT
to join our creative team. It would be a HUGE plus if you also own a
small lighting kit as well.

Principal duties are those of a marketing assistant…for instance,
researching feature film production opportunities for my company. Some
small amount of editing will also be required. This work is good for a
college senior or recent grad. You must have considerable patience for
research. For example, if you enjoy the personal reward of digging out
a hard to find fact from a lengthy Google search (or from IMDb), then
you have the right personality for this work. You need to be a
proficient typist and be accurate with all your work. Hours and days
will be determined by mutual agreement. Must have your own car. Our
location is convenient primarily to residents of central Bucks County
(and nearby communities).

DP/CAMERA OPERATOR needed for a spec commercial shoot.
It is for a big brand we are not allowed to disclose.
Would need to shoot May 18th. Philly area.
3-5 minute documentary about true stories overcoming adversity. Part
of it will be run and gun, the other part will be more interview
style.
Non Union, Payment is deferred.
Looking for collaborative, experienced camera operator. We have all
necessary camera gear and support. Just need an operator for a
possible 12hr day.
Must be able to link us to your cam op work for consideration.
Meals, Transportation reimbursement provided.

-Maintain consistent brand identity across all projects

and budgets
Requirements:
-3-5 years digital media production experience

We are currently looking for actors to star in a short dramatic film
entitled, "Margaret’s Eyes." The film revolves around a married couple
living in turbulent times after the death of their son in the
Marines.
All actors are guaranteed a credit in the film, as well as a DVD and
digital copy of the film. Food will also be provided and available on
every day of production. Shooting is set to start in July.
The characters being cast are:
•WALTER: early/mid-40's, a stubborn man who drinks heavily on a daily
basis to escape the pain of the loss of his son and to escape
confronting his wife’s emotions.
•MARGARET: mid-40's, Walter’s wife Margaret struggles to keep her
strength amidst the death of her son and her alcoholic husband’s
antics.
•JOEY (for pictures only): early/mid-20's, Marine type build.
•STORE CLERK: mid-20’s, runs the corner store down town.

bottle than try to figure out how to use an iPhone.
Elaine: 40-60, Harold’s loving wife who likes keeping up with all the
latest gizmos and gadgets. Well, she tries her best.
Christi: 17-19, going to college soon and can’t stop texting.
Cell Phone Coordinator: Male, 20s, the human representation of the
inside of a smart phone. Cool, intelligent, the perfect blend of the
“I’m a Mac” guy and Steve Jobs himself. Like the phone he lives and
works in, he was, in fact, born yesterday. (Improv experience would be
ideal for this role.)
