IMPORTANT,PIF Pool/ CHANGES? OPINION?

Hello friends, PIF Pool Members,

Thank you everyone! You all have pulled off an amazing thing, and
quicker
than I ever imagined possible. I appreciate you all so much!!
Now I need your opinion on something.

Some important changes I am considering for the PIF Pool System.
First though, let me recap why I started this in the first place. It
was not so
a few of us could sponsor a bunch of personals, (this has not been a
problem),
it was so all members could sponsor there first two ASAP, earning them
1 cycle and triple their investment! This locks each person into
profit fast,
ending the typical MLM drop out problem.
The picture sometimes gets too big and complicated. If we focus on
the
simple 2 who get 2, things can grow virtually on auto pilot!

As a quick and unplanned experiment, I think that the Pool has been
very successful so far! Many of us have gone from endless advertising
for a prospect, to deciding if we dare take another by PIF. It's nice
to at
least have the option!
I do think we should continue, but with a few changes.

1] At the regular price of $40 as of Sept.1st, I feel that is too
much to
ask you all to give away on PIF's. Also, many do not value something
that
they have no money invested into. So, I think that offering a, "Huge
Discount"
of, "HALF OFF to join MX1!", would prove to be close to, or just as
effective
for recruiting. By doing so, we can turn the $10 increase into a
positive.
$20 x 2 recruits= $40 total, and we are done getting our two! Beats
$30 and $30 as before!

2] The way the leads are being offered does not work, and probably
hasn't been fair for everyone. Not intended to be that way, just
a fact. Not to mention it has been a full time management task for
me.
This is how it has been done, I send a lead to one person at a time
who
has been waiting to PIF someone, and then I wait for a reply. Well,
lots of
times that person may not be on line so the prospect waits for hours,
and
by the time we get back to them they have lost the excitement for MX1.
What I want to do is to send the offer to PIF a prospect to the
members
with less than two personals, and that have requested the PIF leads.
Then the prospects info will be given to the first person to reply
that is
ready to make contact ASAP. It does none of us any good if we loose
a lead trying to follow a list or particular order.
( If you are not funded and need to ask your sponsor to help you with
getting your referral active, that is of coarse fine, I just want to
see it
benefit someone who does not yet have two).

3] I am sure I have been driving you all crazy with too many PIF
emails!
There really was a reason for that early on. It was important that
ALL activity
be shown for new prospects to see. It's really amazing how many new
people are leaving contact info for us this early in our PRP project!
Rest
assured though, the number of conversation posts are now going to
dwindle.
I am developing ways to do things in many less steps, plus I will be
changing
some Group email setting to help with this.

That's really all for now. Please give me some feed back. I know
there isn't
anyone here that wouldn't love to get that first cycle out of the way
fast, just
how to do it is the question!
