MERRY CHRISTMAS to ALL!

Before Christmas day comes I would just like to ask a few things.

When an Officer is asked to Liquidate organization funds , and repeatedly refuses to do so - is filing a case against that officer or bringing that officer to a grievance committee the proper step to take?

Is the action of a minority group of the Board binding?

We need to have very clear answers about this before 2022 ends and 2023 begins so that we will all come to a better understanding about OUR PROFESSIONAL organization.
