A very long post needing a reply from relevant persons

I read these comments at PIEP related group chats. I am sending these posted comments so the vNatCon organizers, especially the committee in charge of the elections can shed some light on this.

1st Comment:

- this is a comment made in the NatCon 2021 Hall 2 fb page about the vnatcon -

"Malamang kasi ako ang una at huling ng comment na di pwede walang Financial Report ang GA. Biglang nahinto medyo ilang minuto din. Tapos, nagpa raffle na ng Unilab Bioflu yata yon. Matagal sa raffle parang dina divert yong mga na raise na issues. And then sabi ni mam host na maganda ang boses at malambing, all issues daw at katanungan will be taken care of by the newly elected officers. Ang masaklap ang report ng Natcon comelec 100% daw ng napadalhan ng link na nasa virtual bumoto. Eh, ako at mga kasama sa Davao Chapter di naman bumoto halos (except doon sa medyo neutral hahaha!). Walang pinakita na election results inanounce lang haha. Walang speech ang mga naiboto. Tapos nag move na i adjourn na. So moved and seconded 🤣🤣🤣

2nd Comment posted at the 2022 chapter presidents group chat -

I wanted to listen and watch sa GA by the minority but I have this feeling,  they will use my attendance to be counted as a quorum for the election even if hindi ako bumoto.

ano ano kaya mga tanong ng mga members?  Kung hindi sinasagot chat box questions,  iwas transparency.  Feeling ko nilamangan mga members.  tama si Albert,  bait ang cpd units and free registration.  Pinakagusto nila mangyari,  maraming members sa GA to be accounted as supporters of the election.

We are concerned members of the General Assembly, the highest decision making body of PIEP.  It is so sad that our leaders do not value honor, dignity and integrity as shown by the process of how the election was conducted by the minority group organized 2022 National PIEP General Assembly.  😔

I am expecting a reply from those who still see me as somebody NEW to PIEP na walang nagawa para sa propesyon na pinili ko, and also from Arch. Armando Alli.

FYI-

About the case that was filed against PIEP, my lawyers and EnP Lawyers present in Legazpi stated that "the case needs to be discussed within PIEP because the case was filed against PIEP, and the injunction prayed for in the complaint will affect members of PIEP. This is indeed a civil case filed against an organization, therefore members of the organization CAN and NEEDS to discuss the case within their group, but not outside or with those who are NOT PIEP MEMBERS.

I will wait for a reply. I will also ask PIEP General Manager Jaspher Aguilar and PIEP National Trustee Bert Babera, who is the current PIEP National Secetary to post here the Treasurer's and Auditor's report.

The Legazpi NatCon election statistics and results will also be posted here.

FYI - I was elected as PIEP National Trustee.

Glenn Hao, who was present at the 10 Nov 2022 TRO application hearing at the RTC, with the TRO matter already submitted for resolution) to present those very matters You mentioned to the Court.

Anent Your other comments, as I was also closely monitoring the chatbox in the afternoon of Nov 11 (Day 2 of the NatCon):

1) there were apparently OTHER comments in that chatbox where one explicitly stated that NO PIEP funds were used i.e. as the PIEP funds could apparently NOT be accessed by the organizers of the DHSUD-PIEP NatCon (as the said PIEP funds/accounts were apparently controlled by another PIEP board); the said chatbox comment could be interpreted to mean that entirely NON-PIEP funds (possibly private contributions/assistance in ash or in kind) were apparently used to fund the DHSUD-PIEP NatCon (but with I being uninvolved in the planning and execution of the 2022 DHSUD-PIEP NatCon, I do not know if this was indeed the case); we may likewise surmise that without access to the PIEP funds/account, neither a Treasury or Audit Report could be rendered (but again, I do not know if this was indeed the case); anyway, the organizers stated that the responses in the chatbox have been duly noted and perhaps responses could be forthcoming; and

2) the results of the elections held during the 2022 DHSUD-PIEP NatCon were actually shown onscreen to the attendees (right after the announcement was made). FYI only.
