The credits on Pandora are delivered to us by labels and distributors. Artists can submit credits to their label or distributor in the standard DDEX RIN format, or whichever method they require. They will then deliver the credits to Pandora with your music.
Pandora supports credits from both new deliveries and updates. For new releases, include all of your credits along with the first delivery of your music. For music that has been previously released, most distributors allow you to add information in an update to Pandora.

Pandora for Business allows you to use Pandora music in a place of business. Pandora and Pandora One internet radio is for personal use only. If you are playing Pandora over loudspeakers at your business for your clients or customers, this is considered commercial use and is not permitted by Pandora's standard music licenses or Terms of Use.
When playing or performing music in public (like in your business) you must also adhere to US Copyright Law and obtain and pay for the proper music licensing. Whether it's a coffee shop, shoe store, medical office, hotel, spa, gym, hair salon, you name it -- a business must have the proper licenses to play music.
Yes, you will need a free Pandora account to use the Pandora for Business service. If you do not already have one, you will be prompted to create one during the activation process of your Mood media player. Or you can create one for free at
www.pandora.com.
Through Mood Media's Manage Account area you can manage your business contact information, billing preferences and credit card information, subscription information, store location information, and more.

Yes, you can use your existing Pandora account. You can also create a new account specifically for your business. During the player activation process, you will be asked to provide a Pandora account or create a new one; you can decide at that time what will work best for you.
A subscription consists of one media player and a recurring monthly subscription fee. Each media player has one Pandora output zone; this means you can play one Pandora station at a time from one player. Therefore, you need one (1) subscription for each different area of your business that requires a unique zone of music, including at least one (1) subscription for each location.
Yes, you can associate one Pandora account to multiple Mood Media players and those players will have access to the same stations. Please note that this does not mean that the exact same song will be playing at the exact same time in all locations; this simply means that music related to a given station will be played to create a consistent experience in all of your locations.
You also need a subscription and media player for each unique area or "zone" of a single location. For example, if you have a restaurant and want to have one Pandora station playing in dining area but want a different Pandora station playing in your bar area, you will need two subscriptions and two media players. Here are a few examples:
Mood Media licenses do not cover other sources of music. Jukeboxes, karaoke, DJs, and live music require separate additional licensing from performance rights organizations. Visit

Edit 10 days later: At a bare minimum it would be nice to atleast be able to choose which stations got sent to the Ionic. It seems to be completely arbitrary in the stations it chooses. At least let the user select which stations should be synced, and if there is a technical reason why that station can't be synced, report that to the user. The guesswork is frustrating and slow. I actually had to delete all my stations but 3 well curated ones to work around these limitations. Now when I listen to something new I have to remember to delete the station or risk it getting synced to the Ionic and replacing another station.
