ETOS question

I copied over the ETOS files and when I start ETOS I get the following error message:

I can't find that file or where it is referenced.  Without it ETOS doesn't seem to be able to do anything because it can't find SYS: or DSK:

Any ideas?

Apparently this is normal when logging in as the operator.
