TSS/8 Question

When I try to change the admin (account 1) password I get the following:

PLEASE ENTER DISK QUOTA: 100
* 1 PASS
   CHANGE PASSWORD TO:  PASS
GRACE: 

What does GRACE: mean?   The new password is saved though?

I could not find this in the manual.
