New Release Issue

I have been playing with the latest trunk release and the ETOS operating system (IF 6) does not work.  There is no ETOS directory in the share/media directory.

Loading ETOS from the RK05 cartridge disk drive...
/opt/pidp8i/share/boot/6.script-28> attach ttix 4000
%SIM-INFO: Listening on port 4000
/opt/pidp8i/share/boot/6.script-31> att rk0 /opt/pidp8i/share/media/etos/etosv5b-demo.rk05
%SIM-ERROR: RK0: Can't open '/opt/pidp8i/share/media/etos/etosv5b-demo.rk05': No such file or directory

There are several etos images in my original benchmark images\etos directory:

..\Images\etos
..\Images\etos\etosv5b-demo.rk05
..\Images\etos\etosv5b-pl5-config.rk05
..\Images\etos\etosv5b-pl5-dist.rk05

Should we be including these images in the release or is this a copyright issue?

I removed ETOS nine-tenths of a decade gone now, and yes, out of a concern that it had never been released under a free redistribution license. You've got to be using some seriously outdated docs to still be under the impression that IF 6 = ETOS.

This is likely also the cause for your "OS8DISK" error.
