source for knobs as used on the PDP8/e, PC05 and the LPS-11 ?

Greetz!

I am searching for small knobs that fit on potentiometers with a 4 mm shaft.

They should look as much as possible like the knobs on the LPS-11 These knobs are also used on the PDP8/e (register display selection) and PC05 ("locking" the papertape).
I attached a picture of the knob I am searching.

However, the knob should be 60% of the real size.  Why?  I am working on an LPS-11 scaled at 60% to make it a perfect fit on top of the PiDP-11/70 (see my website for the LPS-11 project).

The heart-to-heart distance of the 4 potentiometers on the scaled LPS-11 is 21.79 mm.

I nice fitting knob would have a diameter of 10 mm (or close to that). The shaft diameter of the potentiometers is 4 mm.

Can anybody find/recommend a source? Preferably not costing $10 per knob ...
