A new Version 2.0 of the Tektronix 4010/4014 emulator is now available.

This version adds integrated interactive terminal support, making it much easier to use the emulator together with 2.11BSD, SimH and the PiDP-11. The emulator can now directly run local shells, ssh and telnet sessions while preserving the behavior of the original Tektronix storage tube terminals as closely as possible.

The emulator reproduces storage tube behavior including persistent graphics, visible beam movement and drawing speed, and supports Tektronix 4010, 4013, 4014 and 4015 graphics modes.

The project can be built on Raspberry Pi, Linux, macOS and Windows.

Questions, feedback and bug reports are all welcome, either here in this thread or by opening an issue in the GitHub repository.

I hope that this new version further improves the user experience for historical Unix systems and graphics applications on the PiDP-11 and related systems.

I currently have an as-yet unrepaired (scheduled for May 19th) broken right
arm, some I'm typing this one-landed lefty. As soon as I'm up to typing again
after the surgery, I will import the new binary into my PiDP-11 GitHub fork at:

Thanks for your efforts on this - I know you were getting a bit burned-out on
this code for a while.
