My PiDP-11 back panel and serial ports

I used the internal serial port as well as one USB-to-serial adapter. I installed two MAX-232 "just in case". I set up two male DE-9 ports on the back. I contemplated using a more period-accurate DEC pinout, but then settled for the standard PC pinout. This requires a null-modem adapter or cable to connect to a real terminal.

I also used the opportunity to wire the key button and cut the two traces on the main PCB.

That’s similar to mine, except I soldered headers to the board and used cables with female DuPont connectors on the end so I could disconnect and move things about.

Here you go — I also have the power, a USB port and HDMI broken out onto the back panel.  The HDMI uses a right-angle flat cable to fit inside the case.

I haven't done anything with the power key yet — I'm not sure of the best way to use it!
