Thanks for the heads-up. Is there another mailing list where the proposed patches to 2.11bsd are discussed and/or announced?

Nope. :-)

Since people requested here, I'm just sending out a mail when something
actually is out.

There are no process of discussing or proposing patches. It basically
works along the line that if someone fixes something, they are welcome
to send patches to me or Steven, and if they make sense and so on,
they'll get included in a future patch set.

Another option is to point out if something is broken, and hope that I
(or someone else) eventually gets to the point of fixing it. That is
also ok. But no promises are given.
