2.11BSD disk image with ingres precompiled

Hi All,

for anyone looking for a 2.11BSD disk image ready to use with ingres precompiled, you can go here

The actual disk image is in the release section as it is too big to be in the files portion of the github. Please note that I only did a few fixes and compiled code. The real work was done by others and credit for all the hard work is clearly given in the github README
