How do I find my IP address in RSX ?

Ok, the address for If0: is 0.0.0.0 so I think it's not reaching DHCP
Is there a way to manually assign an IP ?

Sure.

You can go and run IPCONFIG and change it "properly", or you can just
disable DHCP and set an address.

I think you should be able to say "HELP/IP IFC" to get information on
the set commands different parameters.
