I am trying to use BASIC PLUS 2 on BQ installation of RSX11 M-PLUS. I can create the .B2S file in EDT but when I start BP2 and try to compile it, the compiler does not allow use of subroutines. I understand this is due to incompatibility between the BP2RES, BP2OTS, BP2TKB and BP2LIB.OLB files.

When I start BP2, it states

     PDP-11 BASIC-PLUS-2 V2.7-D

Can you please tell me where I can source the correct files / installation procedure to make the package work.

All help appreciated.

I also tried downloading BP2 package using RPM.

thanks.

Further to last post,

When I use the show command in B2P, the following is displayed.

It states BP2 resident library is not there. Not sure if this is the issue.

Any inputs appreciated.

Could you please give some information on how it fails?

The RPM package should be the only thing you need.

The SHOW command don't show what exists. It shows your current
selection. You can change that with SET and other commands (see HELP).

Again - please let us know what actually is failing.
