I built my PiDP-11 with the keylock wired to cut power, but every time I try using it, it slipps against the face plate.  I have tried tightening it, but that does not seem to help.  What have others done to prevent slippage?

I would use a serrated lock ring. Make sure you get one designed for light applications, in other words the kind stamped out of thin stainless steel, and don't overtighten the nut.

I do not recall if my lock came with one; it's pretty standard to include one, but I don't fancy taking mine apart to check. I'm not using the lock myself, but when I tested it during construction, it did not slip.

With kind regards,

Bert
