Just logged in as rms. There is a RMS directory. Is that Mr. Stallman's directory by chance?

Yes. But that doesn’t mean he’s logged in or used the resurrected ITS. It just means that we loaded some files from ITS backup tapes that were traditionally in his home directory, that we needed to assemble/build some code we wanted to include in the public ITS build.
