While I solder up my kit, I've been learning my way around ITS.
It's interesting. Windows weren't invented yet, so we like ^Z and :contin
a lot; bouncing in and out of emacs to run tests.
And you can see how emacs is growing to become a complete OS.
There's DIRED and the stuff for handling multiple buffers and windows.
For those who haven't seen it, there's an emacs manual of appropriate
vintage here. I haven't tried everything, but it seems about right.

If you are typing “:contin<enter>” a lot, you might appreciate that <esc>P does the same thing.
