Well, there's nothing preventing running multiple simulations with simh simultaneously if you know your way around it. You'll need to make sure your network configurations aren't incompatible (port assignments included), is the main thing that springs to mind. You'll definitely want to make sure you don't try to drive two incompatible panels (which, if you run the supplied kits as-is, both are going to try to do through the GPIO).
But yeah. Minus those things, it's all simh and there's no conflict afaik.
