hi all - quick note inspired by learnings over this nice holiday break! fwiw fyi for anyone else interested in inversion and simplex - beginning to dig into all this over here -

any and all help with jargon is welcome! definitely playing fast and loose - especially with the 'six bit ascii' vs 'seven/eight bit ascii' type stuff, etc, hahaha. want to try keeping tops-10, 7090/7094, cdc all 'on the radar' if possible - especially the 'thirty-six bitters':)

btw fwiw fyi - quick update on all this - just did a spontaneous linkedin post around this - nice pic of a 7090 here!:)

if you follow the link there in the linkedin 'article', and read down to the end of the short 'blog post' thing - you'll have a better idea what this is all about.

am implementing fifties 'revised simplex' on pdp10 first. fortran iv, same setup we use for decwar project. then will move it over to 7094, where it really 'belongs':)
