WAITS and ARMDPY

Following Oscar's latest newsletter, I updated my PiDP-10 to get the WAITS system.  The newsletter mentions logging in with 'login 1.bgb' and then RUN ARMDPY, which I assume is an arm simulation on the III Display.  However, it responds with ARMDPY.DMP NOT FOUND.  There's lots of stuff in the bgb directory and it scrolls by very fast and I haven't figured out how to pause or only list certain files -- I looked through the SAIL manual and saw SCROLL and WHO but have not been able to get them to work either.  

Any pointers here?  How do I run the ARMDPY demo and how can I filter or pause the output from DIR?
