Display for PiDP-1

I just received my PiDP-1 rack kit.  

What is the best 7" hdmi display to mount in the rack?

Also, are there any other pre-build suggestions?

I used a Waveshare 7" panel, they have several versions depending upon if you want touchscreen, hdmi, etc. They seem to be better quality than the Pimoroni ones. Look for "Waveshare 7inch HDMI LCD IPS Capacitive Touch Screen, 1024×600 Display Monitor" on Amazon.

Where can I find the documentation on installing the lcd panel in the rack.  Prefersbly with pictures.

Interesting method of mounting.

Do you know of any documentation for installation in between the speakers as mentioned in the assembly documentation?
