Console #158 up and running

Console #158 has been working for nearly a week.

I'm currently using Expensive Typewriter and Macro to write a program to draw images on the type 30 display. I've got it generating an image from data, now I just need some data. I'm thinking I'll whip something up in Python to convert a 1024x1024 .png to a tape the program can read in. Once it's working I'd be happy to share if anyone is interested.

I've encountered and solved a lot of issues along the way, most were due to having two instances of the USB tape monitor program running at the same time. The one issue I do still have is when I use F10 to clear the paper tape punch the GUI often crashes. Is this an outstanding issue people are aware of or specific to me?
