Dynamically loaded IOTs are implemented

Very minor change to the pdp1.c source, just add the call to the dynamic loader.

If an unkiown IOT is executed, the loader is called which tries to resolve:/opt/pidp1/IOTs/IOT_nn.so and if so invokes it.

The handler implements one method and is passed the full PDP1 context, etc.

I've tested it. it works. So, now what?

What files are you looking for? Matthias is the only one who did IOT work for his LED bar AFAIK?

I'm not looking for anything. I've implemented dynamically-loaded IOT handlers in pdp1.c as was discussed previously.

Do you want to include this in the distribution?

Actually that sounds like a pretty sweet idea! For contributions of this kind a pull request on github would be best.
